Notifications U/S 11 of L.A.Act in respect of 8 villages have been issued and submitted to the I&PR Deptt & Govt. The present status of the said villages is as follows:- RENOVATION OF GAMEI DRAINAGE CHANNEL SL. Early steps are being taken for payment of compensation to other villages as well.Ī total 8 (Eight) proposals have been received from the Requisitioning Officer-cum-Executive Engineer, Drainage Division, Bhadrak measuring an area of Ac.73.91 for renovation of Gamei Drainage Channel. Compensation to the tune of Rs.36,16,294/- Rupees Thirty Six Lakh Sixteen Thousand Two Hundred & Ninety Four) only has been disbursed directly to the bank accounts of the land losers so far. in DoWR, inorder to avoid invalidation of the Project.Govt in DoWR has been requested for early sanction of the estimate in respect of rest 09 villages vide Letter No.7704 dtd. Besides, declaration U/S 19(I) in respect of rest 09 villages have also been made pending sanction of estimate from the Govt. have sanctioned estimate of 12 (Twelve) LA Proceedings and necessary Declaration U/S-19(I) of RFCTLA R & R,2013 in respect of these sanctioned LA proceedings have already been completed. Out of total 21 (Twenty One) Villages measuring an area of Ac 120.81 dec acquired for aforesaid project, a total 21 (Twenty One) LA Proceedings submitted to Govt in DoWR for sanction of estimate. ONGOING PROJECTS: REBO-KAPALI SANSKAR PROJECT: The present status of the land acquisition proceedings is as below SL. STAFF OF LAND ACQUISITION SECTION IN THE COLLECTORATE SL. The Directory of Officer and employees are as follows. Earlier, all the land acquisition was made as per the old act i.e Land Acquisition Act,1894. 2013 for acquisition of private land for different public purposes and to compensate the land losers with just and proper valuation of land. LAO is being delegated with power to act as Land Acquisition Collector under clause (g) of Section-3 of Right to Fair Compensation Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act. Land Acquisition Officer is the head of this section. Land Acquisition Office is a part of the Collectorate, Bhadrak functioning at Collectorate, Building (Room No.201).
